Romer Labs Seminar: New Developments in Allergen Management and Cleaning

The prevalence of food allergies has been increasing in
recent decades worldwide. It is of upmost importance to not only have correct
product labelling, but also to establish appropriate allergen management
programmes to ensure no cross-contamination occurs in production
facilities.
In this webinar, Romer Labs will lead a discussion on new
updates in allergen management and approaches to cleaning in the production
facility. Building on this, discussions will also reference the VITAL® 3.0
program and how its resources help producers comply with regulations for
allergen management and labelling, including legislation proposed in the Food
Standard Australia New Zealand code (FSANZ).
