Veriflow Campylobacter (CA) represents an ultra-sensitive and
user-friendly class of diagnostics: DNA Signature Capturing Technology for the
detection of Campylobacter. With an enrichment time of only 24 hours, Veriflow CA can
be used for the presumptive and qualitative detection of Campylobacter from chicken carcass rinsates. The test even eliminates
the need for a microaerobic incubator, helping to streamline workflow.
The patented vertical-flow technology allows for the sensitivity of real-time PCR tests, but with the ease of use associated with lateral-flow assays. The system is comprised of a small, customised thermocycler, pre-aliquoted PCR reagent tubes and buffers. The intuitive touch screen interface and 96 sample capacity of the thermocycler accommodated the needs of both low and high volume users.
With Veriflex technology, users can even run different tests at the same time maximising the workflow efficiencies.
Post-amplification results are obtained in less than 3 minutes via hand-held disposable cassettes and the results can be tracked, stored and exported via the Veriflow Reader.
