RADIESSE
Radiesse is a synthetic injectable implant composed of smooth CaHA microspheres, that have a diameter range of 25µm to 45µm, suspended in an aqueous gel carrier. These consistently shaped and sized particles have proven safe and biocompatible while allowing gradual tissue ingrowth.
The physician is offered a very controllable material for injection,
allowing multiple and variable volume injections to produce the desired effect. Radiesse is sized to allow injection with thin-wall needles as small as 26 gauge, significantly minimising the potential for material extravasation from the injection site.
