Swab Test is a complete surface swab, diluent and inoculation device. No measuring, swab pre-moistening, or diluent preparation! Simply remove the moist swab by unscrewing the top and swab the surface using the oversize swab tip. Return the swab to the container (holding 10mL of a phosphate buffered saline) and mix. Then to inoculate your plate or Petrifilm, simply flip the lid, invert and squeeze out 1 or more millilitres using the gauge on the side, directly onto plate or film.
