ATP Bioluminescence

ATP Bioluminescence has for almost 20 Years played an important role in the routine quality control of raw materials and finished products. Its use has been widely accepted in Cosmetics, Toileteries, Food,  Beverage and more recently has gained acceptance in the production of non-sterile Pharmaceuticals. Products as diverse as Lipsticks, Mascara, Creams, Toothpastes, Sunscreens, Shampoos & ShowerGels, Washing Powders and even Fruit Juices, Low alcohol, Beverages, Condensed Milks, Baby Milks and Creamers are now successfully screened routinely using Bioluminescence. The method  has been shown to be as accurate as Traditional Plate Count and less labour intensive and more reliable than pH or Razdurin tests.
Results are avilable within 48 to 72 hours,which is several days faster than traditional methods allowing earlier detection of process failures and considerable reductions in warehousing and inventory levels.
