Petriswiss Mini PS 20

 

The new Petriswiss PS900P from BioTool allows continuous high throughput petridish-filling, labelling and stacking to specifications defined by the user.

 

The effective linear design maximises flexibility of dish loading and unloading, allowing continuous preparation of up to 1300 dishes/hour. Automatic dish stacking on an extendable table removes the need for unit downtime due to long cooling periods and the stack height can be selected between 1 to 20 plates.

 

The integral, high contrast, alpha-numeric and barcode printer adds a new ID dimension via label application to the dish side facilitating unobstructed colony counting. The intuitive software features touch-screen operation for maximum convenience, ease of use and can store up to 12 programs defining volume dispensed, filling rates, calibration values and printed text.

 

A well designed media pourer should not compromise plate handling, says BioTool. The effective linear design of the PS900 allows users to choose a manageable stack height for post-preparation handling, cooling and minimising condensation problems.

The new Petriswiss Mini PS20 from BioTool is a uniquely affordable and compact automated Petridish filling system ideal for the smaller laboratory.

 

Offering features such as dish feeding, single dosing, stacking and dish discharging, the Petriswiss Mini delivers precise high-throughput automated operation to enhance the productivity of your laboratory. The system can load twenty 90mm dishes with agar and restack them back into the removable PetriRack™ stacker in only 2 minutes.  

 

Equiped with intuitive software, the Petriswiss Mini is easy to use and provides user-friendly operator prompting with graphic monitor and touch screen interface. This allows the user to set variables such as dosing volume, pouring speed, pause time and an anti-drop function.

DosiPump DP 1000

 

Incorporating a unique 10 roller pump head, the DosiPump eliminates pulsation effects common to conventional peristaltic pumping systems. The result is a precise and reproducible liquid dosing system that can deliver volumes up to 10 litres with a +/- 0.1mL tolerance.

 

 The DosiPump range  incorporates AntiDrop drip suppression to prevent dripping during dispensing and its intuitive and intelligent software is controlled through a convenient touch screen interface.
